Shklov District is playing host to the Kupala Night Festival (Alexandria Gathers Friends) for the 16th time. Located on a picturesque bank of the Dnieper River, Alexandria has turned into a festival town with streets lined up with entertainment venues and vendors selling delicious treats and souvenirs. Around 600 cooperation agreements in place between regions of Belarus, Russia
There are currently nearly 600 cooperation agreements in effect between regions of Belarus and Russia, Chairwoman of the Council of the Republic of the National Assembly of Belarus Natalya Kochanova said, BelTA has learned.
