The Belarusian beach soccer men’s national team has ranked fourth in the recently-released Beach Soccer Worldwide National Teams ranking, BelTA has learned.

In a new episode of BelTA’s Nation Speaks project Olga Sazonova, Head of the Waste Management Department at the Belarusian Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection, spoke about the technologies that would enable Belarus to recycle 99% of its waste.

Belarus' Chargé d'Affaires in Colombia Ekaterina Smal took part in the 30th meeting of the Council of Ministers of the Association of Caribbean States (ACS) and the 10th Summit of Heads of State of the ACS, which were held in Cartagena and Montería, respectively, BelTA learned from the press service of the Belarusian Ministry of Foreign Affairs. 

On June 1, the International Children’s Day, the republican celebration «Childhood — A Peaceful Country» took place. In Minsk, the event brought together children from orphanages raised in foster and guardian families, children with developmental disabilities, and those from multi-members families, as well as students who achieved success in their studies and sports. They participated in a dialogue platform, visited the Belarusian State Museum of the History of the Great Patriotic War, and laid flowers at the memorial «Minsk Hero City». Afterward, they enjoyed a festive concert program. Additionally, celebratory events for Children’s Day took place in all regions of the country.
