Deputies adopted the draft law «On amending laws on individual entrepreneurial activity» in its second reading at the third session of the House of Representatives, BelTA has learned.

The number of citizens held administratively liable by the courts has fallen by 40% over the past few years, BelTA learned from the press service of the Supreme Court of Belarus.

Belarus expanded deputy prime ministers’ powers to make decisions, oversee actions, and streamline approvals. Entrepreneurship drafts now need council approval. Changes took effect May 24, 2025.
