Belarus and Russia are drafting Union State documents that seek to simplify the SPOT procedure (the system for confirming the dispatch of goods) for Belarusian exporters, Chairman of the State Customs Committee Vladimir Orlovsky told journalists following a report to Belarusian President Aleksandr Lukashenko, BelTA reports.
