The new arena is designed for 33 thousand spectators and will become the largest in Belarus. The stadium meets all international standards and is ready to host matches of the highest level. And, of course, the National Football Stadium is a very beautiful and eloquent confirmation of friendly and respectful relations between Belarus and China. Therefore, together with the President of Belarus, the vice-president of the Olympic Committee of the People’s Republic of China, Zhang Jiasheng, opened the new arena.

The National Football Stadium will be a symbol of strong Belarusian-Chinese friendship. Belarus President Aleksandr Lukashenko made the statement during the ceremony held on 7 June to solemnly open the National Football Stadium, BelTA has learned.
