In January-March 2026, companies of all forms of ownership built 6,300 new apartments. A total of 682,100 square meters of the total area of housing were commissioned, BelTA learned from the Belarusian National Statistical Committee.

In the first half of 2025, Belarus constructed 20,000 new apartments, totaling 1,848,500 square meters, with significant portions designated for those in need of better living conditions and rural communities.
