Belarus commissioned some 697,900 square meters of housing for people registered as in need of better living conditions, which accounted for 30.1% of the total housing commissioned. Some 429,900 square meters of such housing were subsidized by the government.
As to rural communities, 907,800 square meters of housing were delivered there, or 39.2% of homes commissioned in the country.

Belarus delivers 24,100 new apartments in January-August 2025

In January-August 2025 companies of all forms of ownership built 24,100 apartments. A total of 2,316,200 square meters of the total area of housing were commissioned, BelTA learned from the National Statistical Committee.
