The resolution establishes 28 state programs governing the country’s socioeconomic development for the next five-year period. The programs cover key areas including healthcare, sports, roads, housing construction, tourism, culture, science, education, energy, entrepreneurship, environmental protection, law enforcement and other areas. The Council of Ministers has also designated the responsible ministries for their implementation.

On 31 October, the Council of Ministers of Belarus adopted Resolution No. 602 to approve the list of state programs for 2026-2030. The document was published on Belarus’ National Legal Internet Portal, told BelTA.
