Belarusian Prime Minister Aleksandr Turchin has signed a government resolution to transfer the Center for International Relations from the jurisdiction of the Education Ministry to the jurisdiction of the National Tourism Agency. This enterprise will be renamed as the Center for Tourism Development and International Relations.
The resolution also envisions strengthening the National Tourism Agency’s capacity to carry out the organizational, technical, informational, and methodological tasks entrusted to it.
Plans call for intensifying the work of the Center for Tourism Development and International Relations in promoting Belarus as a travel destination in domestic and foreign markets, as well as improving the efficiency of its core economic activities.
