As of 9 September 2026, grain harvest including rapeseed amounted to 9.185 million tonnes. By region, the progress in the harvest looks as follows: Minsk Oblast — 2,413,000 tonnes, Grodno Oblast — 1,842,000 tonnes, Brest Oblast — 1,673,000 tonnes, Mogilev Oblast — 1,203,000 tonnes, Gomel Oblast — 1,092,000 tonnes, Vitebsk Oblast — 962,000 tonnes.

Grain and leguminous crops (including rapeseed, without corn) have been harvested from 2,470,000 hectares or 99% of the areas (2,497,000 hectares in total).

A total of 696,000 hectares have been plowed for winter grain sowing, 46% of the planned areas. Winter grain crops for grain have been sown by all regions of the country on 197,000 hectares (13% of the plan).

Deliveries under the state procurement order include: 655,000 tonnes of food grain (almost 99% of the 663,000-tonne target); and over 94,000 tonnes of malting barley (109% of the 86,000-tonne target).

Mass sugar beet harvesting is underway across the country. Nearly 17% of the areas have already been cleared, accounting for 18,000 hectares of the 109,000-hectare plan. A total of 780,000 tonnes of the crop have been harvested, with an average yield of 425 centners per hectare. The regional breakdown is as follows: Brest Oblast — 68,000 tonnes, Grodno Oblast with 269,000 tonnes, Minsk Oblast with 382,000 tonnes, and Mogilev Oblast with 61,000 tonnes. All regions are currently harvesting at a faster pace than in 2025.

Corn for silage has been harvested from 17% of the area, which accounts for 158,000 hectares.

Second cut was harvested across an area of 941,000 hectares or 93% of the plan. Hay production has reached 580,000 tonnes or 81% of the plan. Silage harvest progress stands at3,137,000 tonnes (15% of the plan). Forage grasses total 4,657,000 tonnes or 46% of the target. Haylage production has reached 12,509,000 tonnes, or 87% of the target. 

Fertilizer stocks (nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium) for winter planting have been procured at 167% of the planned requirement.

Potatoes have been harvested from 12% of the planned areas, yielding 96,000 tonnes with an average yield of 356 centners per hectare. Regional breakdown is as follows: Brest Oblast — 17,000 tonnes, Vitebsk Oblast — 8,000 tonnes, Gomel Oblast — 11,000 tonnes, Grodno Oblast — 4,000 tonnes, Minsk Oblast — 17,000 tonnes, Mogilev Oblast — 39,000 tonnes.
