In the opening game of the 2026/27 season, the hosts faced HC Taifun from Vladivostok, who won the Chairman of the Bobruisk City Executive Committee’s Cup during the summer. The first period ended with the hosts holding a narrow lead, with Alexander Dudich scoring in the fourth minute.

In the second 20-minute period, the young Dinamo players extended their lead to a comfortable margin. Yegor Karaban, Matvei Shevtsov, and Oleg Khomchenko found the net to make it 4-0. HC Taifun avoided a shutout in the final period, but HC Dinamo-Shinnik held on for a 4-1 victory.

The teams will meet again on 8 September. The game at Bobruisk Arena will start at 18:30. HC Dinamo-Shinnik is playing in the elite Gold Division of the JHL’s Western Conference for the second consecutive season. In the previous season, the Belarusian side reached the Kharlamov Cup quarterfinals.
