Seven athletes in six sports will represent Belarus in Africa. For the first time in a long while, Belarusian athletes will compete at IOC events with national symbols.

Team Belarus:

Judo — Aliaksandra Kniazeva;

Swimming — Palina Bialiauskaya, Maksim Mashliakevich;

Archery — Hleb Akunevich;

Taekwondo — Bahdan Aliyeu;

Fencing — Dzianis Maslau;

Breaking — Heorhi Salavei.

In total, more than 2,600 athletes from 204 countries will take part in the Summer Youth Olympic Games 2026 in Dakar, competing in 153 medal events in 25 sports.
