This marks the first official visit of a Belarusian prime minister to Kyrgyzstan in the long history of diplomatic relations between the two countries.
Aleksandr Turchin is scheduled to meet with Kyrgyz President Sadyr Japarov and Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers — Head of the Presidential Administration of Kyrgyzstan Adylbek Kasymaliev. The prime minister will also take part, together with his Kyrgyz counterpart, in the opening of the Belarus-Kyrgyzstan Business Forum.
Also on the agenda are visits to several production facilities.
