The parties thoroughly discussed the Belarusian initiative to craft the Eurasian Charter of Diversity and Multipolarity for the 21st Century.
The Eurasian Charter of Diversity and Multipolarity is intended to promote a stable security and cooperation framework across Eurasia, based on the principles of equality, indivisible security, and the independent and joint resolution of regional problems by Eurasian states without destructive outside interference.
Work on the Charter is open and inclusive, centered on strengthening interaction in four key domains: security, economy, humanitarian matters and civilizational exchange.
