During a meeting between Director of the National Tourism Agency of Belarus Kirill Masharsky and Uzbekistan’s Ambassador to Belarus Nuriddin Mamajonov the parties discussed plans for participation in the exhibition, as well as preparations for the second Belarus-Uzbekistan tourism forum. The sides agreed that these events would strengthen bilateral partnership in line with the priorities set by the leaders of the two countries, help increase mutual tourist flows and promote the development of the most effective mechanisms for cooperation in tourism.
The meeting noted that mutual interest in tourism between Belarus and Uzbekistan continues to grow, while bilateral cooperation maintains a consistently positive momentum.
As BelTA previously reported, an action plan for 2026-2027 aimed at increasing mutual tourist flow and expanding tourism cooperation was signed in July 2026 by the National Tourism Agency of Belarus and the Tourism Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
