Belarusian airline Belavia resumes flights to Vietnam’s Phu Quoc

14.10.2026 | 16:00

A charter flight program from Minsk to the Vietnamese resort of Phu Quoc has launched, the National Union of Tourism Organizations told BelTA.

Now in its second season on the Belarusian market, this charter route first launched on 12 October 2025, with flights every 10–11 days.

This year, flights will operate twice a week: on Wednesdays (overnight Tuesday—Wednesda) and Saturdays. Tours last from 7 to 20 nights. Passengers can choose between economy and business class, with the latter seeing significant demand.

An Airbus A330-200 aircraft is deployed for the route. The flight duration is about 9.5 hours.

According to the National Union of Tourism Organizations, advance bookings for the destination are strong, with peak dates for school holidays and New Year already sold out. Tour operators note that popular hotels on the island are quickly becoming fully booked, so travelers are advised to secure their preferred accommodation well in advance.

The October launch of flights to Phu Quoc replaces Belavia’s air program to Nha Trang, Vietnam, as the mid-autumn weather there turns unstable, bringing the active holiday season to an end.
