«The digitized results of our integration efforts show that the union remains a stabilizing force in the Eurasian region. However, the positive dynamics of economic growth in the EAEU must not lead to complacency. At the meeting of the Supreme Eurasian Economic Council on 29 May of this year in Astana, the Belarusian president called to remember the original ambitious goals and the serious compromises that the countries made to achieve them when the union was being established. We need steady forward momentum to consistently strengthen integration,» Aleksandr Turchin said.

He noted that today’s meeting is addressing truly pressing issues of cooperation. «We must try to find adequate responses to the acute challenges brought upon our countries from the outside, which we are forced to address. The documents prepared are aimed at solving specific issues facing businesses and citizens of our countries. We are launching clear regulations for mutual e-commerce on the EAEU’s internal market, ensuring the legitimate interests of all participants. A final resolution is being reached on the recognition of academic title documents within the framework of labor migration, making it easier for holders of such titles to pursue their professional activities. The framework agreement on mutual admission of brokers and dealers to participate in exchange trading creates real prerequisites for the formation of a common financial market and the influx of additional cross-border liquidity,» the prime minister outlined.

«This results-oriented approach that we practice in the EAEU allows us to steadily develop constructive cooperation within the union, despite external factors and attempts by our opponents to erode the Eurasian movement and impose a policy of isolation on us,» the Belarusian head of government said.
