To reach the 128-player main draw, the athletes must win three qualifying rounds.

World No. 1 Aryna Sabalenka will begin her campaign in Paris from the first round (1/64 finals), where she will face one of the qualifiers. Last year, Aryna Sabalenka reached the Roland Garros final, where she lost to American Coco Gauff.
