Compared to the same period of 2025, the sum of the damage from unauthorized payment transactions decreased by Br3.5 million. Almost 93% of this amount was stolen using social engineering methods.

With the help of installed anti-fraud systems and the automated incident processing system, Belarusian banks managed to prevent thefts totaling Br4.6 million (Br2.1 million in January-July 2025).

The share of write-offs suspended by banks increased from 7.6% to 18.3% of the total amount of stolen funds.
