Colonel Vladimir Golubev has been appointed Deputy Commander of the Interior Troops of the Ministry of Interior Affairs for Logistics — Chief of Logistics. Belarusian President Aleksandr Lukashenko signed a corresponding decree on 6 August, BelTA learned from the press service of the head of state.
