HC Dinamo Minsk will be hosted by Russia’s HC Lada Togliatti. Sergei Brylin’s team began the 26/27 regular season with three losses beyond regulation time, earning one point in each game. In all three matches, Sam Anas (2+3), Ty Smith (0+5), and club captain Chris Tierney (2+1) have recorded points for HC Dinamo Minsk.

The Togliatti team also remains winless at the start of the season. The team from Russia’s Samara Oblast has suffered four straight defeats, though nearly all of them by a narrow margin. Their only blowout came on 11 September, when HC Lada Togliatti was routed at home by HC Torpedo (2-7). Over four matches, the Volga team has scored just six goals, while the Minskers have already netted eight in three games.

In last season’s regular championship, the teams from Minsk and Togliatti met four times. The Minsk club won three of those meetings, all by lopsided scores (4-0, 7-2, 8-3). The first confrontation of the new season between HC Dinamo Minsk and HC Lada Togliatti starts at 6:00 p. m.
