Dmitry Kvartalnov had been head coach of HC Dinamo Minsk since the 2023/24 season. Under his tutelage, the Bisons achieved their best results in the club’s KHL history, finishing in the top four of the Western Conference for two consecutive seasons and advancing to the Gagarin Cup quarterfinals. In the past season, Dmitry Kvartalnov became the first coach to reach 1,000 games played in the league.
