«Men, I am deeply grateful to you for what you are doing. How can the president meet with the best agribusiness people and fail to thank them for their work?» Aleksandr Lukashenko wondered. «You deserve it».

Pavel Shutilo, an employee of OAO Kukhchitsy located in Kletsk District, is one of the leaders of the harvesting campaign. In early August he was the first one in Belarus to gather in 4,000 tonnes of grain. He has gathered in more than 5,000 tonnes by now. The high figures have been secured thanks to a harvester made by the Belarusian company Gomselmash.

Pavel Shutilo regularly demonstrates high harvesting results using machines and vehicles of Belarusian make. In 2024 he gathered in 3,200 tonnes of grain. In 2025 he went beyond 8,400 tonnes and became one of the main heroes of the harvesting campaign.

The head of state commented on accomplishments of the harvester operator in the past. During the second session of the 7th Belarusian People’s Congress Aleksandr Lukashenko named Pavel Shutilo a hero: «A heroic guy sits here. He has gathered in over 8,000 tonnes of grain!» the president said back then. The entire audience applauded the accomplishment of the harvester operator, who was one of the participants of the Belarusian People’s Congress.

Vitaly Kishko, an employee of the same agricultural enterprise, has secured high figures in the course of transporting the grain. During the current harvesting campaign he has already transported over 6,100 tonnes of cereals, leguminous crops and rapeseed, beating his previous records. Vitaly Kishko transported over 4,600 tonnes of grain in 2025 and over 4,200 tonnes in 2024.

Andrei Alekseichik, another OAO Kukhchitsy employee, transported 7,700 tonnes of grain in 2025. During this year’s harvesting campaign he is in charge of organizing the work.
