Lukashenko headed to Myanmar on working visit

Belarusian President Aleksandr Lukashenko has departed on a working visit to the Republic of the Union of Myanmar, BelTA learned from the press service of the Belarusian leader.


The Belarusian head of state is scheduled to meet with Myanmar President Min Aung Hlaing on 2 July. The leaders are expected to hold a one-on-one meeting to discuss the most pressing issues in Belarusian-Myanmar relations.

The agenda includes cooperation in industry, agriculture, pharmaceuticals, humanitarian matters, and other areas. The joint action plan sets out specific measures for 2026-2028.
