The Minsk specialists, who demonstrated the highest level of skill, impeccable precision, and iron composure, faced competition from the strongest teams from Kazakhstan, Russia, Azerbaijan, Kyrgyzstan, and Uzbekistan.

The Belarusian team consisted of the physician Yevgeny Yuzhakov and the paramedics Tatiana Antonets and Stanislav Gailes. The team achieved outstanding results under the leadership of the delegation head: Aleksandr Zhinko, Chief Physician of the Minsk City Emergency Medical Service Station.

Everything was evaluated: clinical skills, teamwork, and the speed of decision-making.

BelTA reported earlier that in April 2026 a medical team from Belarus participated in a similar competition in Uzbekistan and came in second. And last year the team from Minsk won the first place at an international ambulance team championship in Kazakhstan. Notably, the Belarusian team was the only one consisting of just two members instead of three.
