The line comprises ten new programmable horizontal machining centers. These machines are capable of performing a comprehensive range of operations, including milling, boring, threading, and drilling on suspension, steering, and body parts — all in a single setup, with a primary focus on machining quality.
The use of these multi-functional, high-precision centers will elevate parts processing to a fundamentally new level. This upgrade will provide the production line with essential flexibility, enabling the rapid development of new product types and swift adaptation to customer requirements.

During the modernization of the programmable machine shop at BelAZ, a new line of high-tech equipment was installed in the machining section for body parts and rotating components of dump trucks with a payload capacity of 90 to 360 tonnes, the company’s press service told BelTA.
