The document grants Belarusian commercial entities operating on the jewelry market the right to sell Belarusian-made jewelry remotely via the Internet provided the jewelry is marked with identification means.

The decree will allow jewelry manufacturers to expand their presence on the domestic market and improve the competitive ability of their products by attracting a broader range of consumers.

BelTA reported earlier that permission for this kind of trade in jewelry had been established by presidential decrees and had been in effect for a certain period of time. For instance, the previous permission was granted by decree No.52 of 10 February 2025. The time restrictions have now been lifted and the permission will be in effect permanently.
