«A check of the combat readiness of formations and military units of the Armed Forces is continuing on the instructions of the head of state. Today, one of the military units was handed an order to bring it to readiness to carry out its designated tasks,» Oleg Pechen said.

The servicemen will have to carry out the full range of measures to bring the unit to combat readiness. Subsequently, assessment exercises will be held with them in fire, tactical, and physical training.

«These assessment exercises are a kind of exam at the end of the training year. We will check the level of training of servicemen in the main subjects of instruction,» Oleg Pechen added.

Checks of formations and military units of the Armed Forces will continue.
