The exchange was carried out at the Novaya Guta border checkpoint. Russia handed over 252 bodies of deceased military personnel to Ukraine, while Ukraine handed over 23 bodies of fallen soldiers.

Belarus continues its humanitarian mission. Since the beginning of the conflict, the country has served as a humanitarian corridor and a platform for negotiations, exchanges of prisoners of war, civilians, and the bodies of the fallen soldiers.
