«The countries we currently export our products to are the Russian Federation, Armenia, and Georgia. Uzbekistan has shown interest in our products. We see China as a future partner. Now we need to obtain the necessary permits. Our products are in demand; everything sells, nothing stays in the warehouses,» said Inna Tolkacheva.
According to her, 50% of the quail eggs produced are exported. «If we separate raw eggs from processed ones, then 60% of our raw eggs are sold domestically and 40% are exported. As for processed eggs, 40% are sold here and 60% are exported. I should note that we have been producing quail eggs since 2003. But demand for them has only really developed now, that is, 20 years later. And we have grown from a very small flock of 5,000 to 1 million,» the director explained.
