Not only a business program, but also a rich cultural program has been prepared for the forum participants. The gala concert of art masters and talented youth of Belarus and Russia entitled «Preserving traditions — creating the future» at the Bolshoi Opera and Ballet Theater became its central part.

Renowned performers and creative teams from the two countries performed musical and dance performances for the guests. People’s Artist of Belarus Vladimir Gostyukhin and People’s Artist of Russia Dmitry Kharatyan performed poetry in the interludes.

The XIII Forum of the Regions of Belarus and Russia is taking place in Minsk and the Minsk region on June 25 and 26. On the first day, meetings of the forum sections were held, as well as an expert session and a meeting of the Committee on Standardization and Quality of the Union State. On the second day of the Forum, the Chairmen of the Council of the Republic and the Federation Council will meet with the heads of state authorities of the regions of Belarus and the subjects of the Russian Federation. A plenary session of the forum will be held on the same day. An important part of the program will be a large-scale exhibition and fair of Belarusian and Russian manufacturers, local artisans and major industry holdings (MAZ, MTZ, Bellegprom, Integral), which will be held at the BELEXPO Minsk International Exhibition Center. On June 27, everyone will be able to visit the exposition at the exhibition center site — admission is free.
