Tyumen Oblast, Russia is offering Belarus cooperation within its oil and gas cluster, which includes nearly 200 companies from various regions of Russia, Tyumen Oblast Governor Alexander Moor said following his meeting with Belarusian President Aleksandr Lukashenko, BelTA has learned.
