Belarus, Uzbekistan’s Tashkent Region seek to expand interregional cooperation
Expanding interregional cooperation with Uzbekistan’s Tashkent Region is a major driver of economic engagement between the two countries, Chairman of the Standing Commission on International Affairs and National Security of the Council of the Republic Sergei Aleinik, told the media following a meeting between the Council of the Republic leadership and Governor of Uzbekistan’s Tashkent Region Zoyir Mirzayev on 27 October, BelTA has learned.
Belarus, Japan eager to boost parliamentary, regional ties
