Around 120 Belarusian servicemen will participate in a joint exercise with the CSTO peacekeeping forces Indestructible Brotherhood 2025 and a special exercise Barrier 2025 in Tajikistan, the press service of the Belarusian Defense Ministry told BelTA.

From 14 to 19 October, units taking part in a joint exercise with the CSTO peacekeeping forces Indestructible Brotherhood 2025 and a special exercise with the joint radiation, chemical, and biological protection and medical support unit Barrier 2025 are redeploying to the Republic of Tajikistan, BelTA learned from the joint press center of the CSTO exercises.

Gearing up for the upcoming joint army exercise, which is to take place on the territory of Belarus as well, Belarus and Russia have no plans to attack anyone, Belarusian President Aleksandr Lukashenko said as he met with Russian Defense Minister Andrei Belousov in Minsk on 16 May.
