The Belarusian nuclear power plant generates about 40% of all electricity in Belarus and has become a vital factor in the country’s energy independence. Deputy Energy Minister Konstantin Anoshenko made the statement during the forum Clean Energy: Contribution of Belarus and Russia to Achieving the Sustainable Development Goals, BelTA has learned.

Belarusian Prime Minister Aleksandr Turchin has signed the resolution of the Council of Ministers to update the approaches to state crop variety testing, the government’s press service told BelTA.

Plans are in place to launch the plants to assemble Belarusian tractors and trucks in Myanmar in the first quarter of 2027, Belarusian Prime Minister Aleksandr Turchin said during the Belarusian-Myanmar Business Forum in Minsk, BelTA has learned.
