The National Academic Bolshoi Opera and Ballet Theatre hosted a concert for participants of the XIII Forum of the Regions of Belarus and Russia, BelTA has learned.

A regular meeting of the working group on cooperation between Belarus and Russia’s Astrakhan Oblast was held in Minsk, BelTA learned from the press service of the Transport and Communications Ministry.

The ceremony to award the Union State product labeling took place as part of the 13th Forum of Regions of Belarus and Russia in Minsk on 26 June, BelTA has learned.

Trade between Belarus and Russia grew by 7.5% in Januarry-March 2026 year-on-year, said Andrei Shevchenko, Chairman of the Federation Council Committee on Federal Structure, Regional Policy, Local Government and Northern Affairs, at the session Regional Policy as Key to Sustainable Development of the Union State held as part of the 13th Forum of Regions of Belarus and Russia. Thanks to direct cooperation between the regions, Belarus and Russia have preserved warm and friendly relations, Belarusian President Aleksandr Lukashenko said during a meeting with Chairwoman of the Federation Council of the Federal Assembly of Russia Valentina Matvienko in Minsk on 25 June, BelTA has learned.

The institutions of the European Union are deliberately ignoring the presence of deep flaws in the human rights sector within the bloc itself. This is highlighted in the joint report by the ministries of foreign affairs of Belarus and Russia on the situation with human rights in certain countries, BelTA has learned.
