The negotiations with representatives of Algeria’s authorities and companies took place as part of a working visit by a Belarusian delegation led by Kirill Glushchenko, First Deputy Head of the Department for Veterinary and Food Supervision at the Agriculture and Food Ministry, BelTA learned from the press service of the Agriculture and Food Ministry of Belarus.

Belarusian Prime Minister Aleksandr Turchin outlined initiatives that Belarus proposes to implement within the SCO framework as he spoke at a meeting of the Council of Heads of Government of the member states of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) in Moscow on 18 November, told BelTA.

In a press conference on 5 March, Nikolai Leshik, head of the main crop production department of the Belarusian Agriculture and Food Ministry, provided a look ahead on how crop areas would look like in Belarus in 2025, BelTA has learned.
