Belarus’ economic growth amounted to 1.9% in January-August 2026 after 2.1% in January-July, and in the absence of new shocks it may exceed the forecast, BelTA learned from the weekly macro review of the Eurasian Development Bank (EDB).

The CIS Economic Council has approved a number of documents aimed at developing economic, transport, innovation, and humanitarian cooperation among the Commonwealth states.
