Belarus President Aleksandr Lukashenko has signed decree No.368 to approve a draft protocol on amending the Treaty on the Customs Code of the Eurasian Economic Union of 11 April 2017 as the basis for conducting negotiations, the press service of the Belarusian leader told BelTA.
