On 30 September, Belarusian Prime Minister Aleksandr Turchin met with State Secretary of the Union State of Belarus and Russia Sergei Glazyev to discuss the agenda for the upcoming meeting of the Union State Council of Ministers, scheduled for 1 October in Minsk, BelTA has learned.

A Belarusian delegation led by Chairwoman of the Council of the Republic of the National Assembly of Belarus Natalya Kochanova has arrived in Uzbekistan to participate in the interparliamentary forum «Strategic partnership: Development of parliamentary dialogue, new tasks and prospects for cooperation», which starts working in Khiva today, BelTA has learned.

The traditional New York events brought together leaders and foreign ministers from across the globe. For Belarus, this was both an opportunity to set out its position on key international issues and a platform for meetings with partners and new agreements — from visa abolition to the launch of negotiations on the Eurasian Charter of Diversity and Multipolarity in the 21st Century, BelTA reports.
